The overlay’s launch inventory is a strict join over the RIG-2529-widened registry (DL-227/229): its list.* completeness is load-bearing on the tier-3 scope gate + the eight list.* registrations, so the overlay impl PR STACKS ON the RIG-2529 impl merge (a code-level dependency, cited as external frozen substrate the same way it cites the merged RIG-2456 spine). The shortcut-string renderer drops Shift for a modifier-less single printable non-ASCII-letter by the GENERAL rule, EXCLUDING Space (so Shift+Space is preserved, with a red-first regression row) — not a ?-only special case. detectPlatform is imported from dispatch.ts, keeping keymap.ts a pure navigator-free data module.
