Compass Renovate sets no schedule window (no schedule:* preset, no timezone, no per-rule schedule); the workflow’s daily cron alone is the cadence. This overturns the migration record’s timezone/window alignment, because GitHub now starts the cron 4-7h late and every run fell outside the window.
