The Bridge PRs tab is board-ified: the flat one-row-per-open-PR assignee-grouped list (DL-097’s PRs-tab clause) becomes the same swimlane grid the Issues tab uses, on PR-lifecycle columns (in progress → in review → ready to merge → merged); unresolved review threads gate a PR to “In review” (an approved + CI-green PR with open threads is not “Ready to merge”), and the “Merged” column shows a 1-day window computed server-side / in the store lane (the UI renders whatever merged rows the store hands it, implements no retention); supersedes only DL-097’s flat-list clause — DL-097’s Issues/PRs tab split, issue↔PR cross-link selection, and CI/review badge roll-up seams stay Active
