Compass owns a single canonical compass.v1 Issue/PullRequest type pair (forge fields + agent author/owner attribution + Compass machinery); the server translates raw forge data into these types at ingestion, the raw forge shape is never a proto/wire type, and the UI consumes only the generated canonical type from @compass/client
