The keyboard spine (shared CommandRegistry + registered roving-group set) hangs off the app store as one AppStore.keyboard field, created in createAppStore beside store.showBridge (which view.bridge runs), and App.tsx installs the single window keymap dispatcher once at the router root next to bindRouter — superseding RIG-2130’s shipped board-LOCAL install (the Bridge no longer calls installKeymap). A dedicated KeyboardContext provider was rejected for provider churn through both app roots + every keyboard test mount with no capability gain. Realizes the App-root install + global view.bridge the parent record (DL-219) froze as WHAT and RIG-2130 deferred.
